Maintenance Tip of the Day

Spring has sprung on us very quickly. We are able to get outside and see what damages occurred over the winter. We had a relatively mild winter but those few hard freezes caused some real damages. Now is the time to check your trees for dead and broken branches, also look for limbs growing over power lines and roofs. Look for volunteer trees growing next to your foundation, if these are left to grow they can cause structural damages. Walk over your lawn and reseed all of the bare spots. Look at your chimney to see if there are any damages that need to be taken care of. Take a peak at your roof for loose or missing shingles. There are so many things if taken care of early can save you large expenses later.

P.S. If you see night crawlers in your yard or driveway, it's time to go fishing. :)
