Losing Weight - Fasting

During our daily exercise sessions at the Landmark Management workout room, we have had several interesting conversations on weight loss, strength training, stretching, just to name a few, but the most recent conversations have centered around fasting.  I knew our bodies were able to function properly after fasting for a couple days, but apparently -  according to our president, Dave, and the following article - we can fast much longer than that!!

  1. I read the article that was linked! There was so much i didnt know of it was so interesting!! BUT at the end of the day, Depriving yourself of eating for 24hours isnt going to do anything but Maintain the weight that you are now, or gain the water weight and then some back because your so hungry the next day. Its a topic that id love to hear what other opinions are as well. :) great topic sueee :)
