Turnover Tech / Remodeler

Landmark Contracting is Looking for a Turn over Technician that is Reliable , Trustworthy , does not know it all , and can meet our following needs:

TRAITS:
Be conscientious of the work they do as well as the service they are providing to the client.
Be self directed to overview a property and lay out a plan and timeline for both cleaning and repairs both inside and outside.
Communicate with supervisor, owners, city inspectors, suppliers and follow up as needed .
Able to be in the on call rotation // Able to come in at 3 A.M . if needed .
Complete any other duties assigned by project manager.
Supervise self and assistants if required.

TOOLS:
 Have your own equipment and tools needed to complete the projects assigned.
All types of tools ( Nail guns , sanders , chop saw, cordless set , router , jigsaw , tile saw, hammer drill, flush cut saw , grinder , etc.. )
Have your own reliable vehicle to carry the equipment, tools and supplies needed to complete the projects assigned ( Truck Required ).


SKILLS:
Ability to do ; Framing /layout , door repairs/mortice hinges , cleaning, painting, carpeting, drywall install, floor repair and many other repairs required (plumbing, electrical) to turn over a house from vacant to rent ready.
Put in walls and windows to make rooms, additions , and other framework .
