Coming from a small town I was very naive to property management. When I started interning at Landmark in January I had no idea that there was anything but ‘good tenants’ in the world. I thought everyone was like me. I keep the places I rent nice and clean, never make too much noise, get along with my neighbors, pay my rent on time, and leave my place spotless when I move out.
Being in property management is much more than I anticipated. Everyone that walks in the front door of our office isn't always happy and willing to do what ever we need them to do. I thought coming to Landmark would be fun and interesting, I was definitely right! There is never a dull moment here and no day is the same as another. I never know what is going to come my way when I walk in the doors everyday.
