In my small group at church this morning we were reading the book of Daniel chapter 4:1-37. The conversation turned to how the devil is the father of all lies. When you think about the spiritual warfare that exists between good and evil this really hits at home with me. Pastor Joel Olsten is always talking about God always wanting the best for you. He takes a lot of flack for this. But I think he is right. God wants the best for you and the Devil is filling our heads with the idea that we can’t do things. I encourage you to take one of those lies this week and smash through it.
