I believe that our techs could use some lessons in organization of their day. If a person has a list of items or goals laid out for them it seems that things go smoother and more get acomplished.
They could start by making a list of tasks and then prioritizing them in the order of most importance.From there they could reconstruct that list to a time line. Starting with the task that is going to take the longest amount of time to the least amount of time.
Doing this will help the tech be more productive and allow them to finish their jobs faster which means the property being able to be rented sooner.
