Mitt Romney and application banks and a binder full of women

I got an interesting message this morning from my brother in law. He was poking jabs at Mitt and a comment he made about "a binder full of women".  I was not sure what he was talking about until I went to  management training this morning. Karl Schaphorst with Sandler Training Systems was teaching us to write a job description and always to being looking for new talent for your organization. Mitt was refering to the same thing.  If you are in a position within your organization that requires you to hire, you should always be looking for new talent when you find someone that fits what you are looking for you should keep them in an "application bank" This greatly simplifies the search for a new employee each time you are looking.
